How to Submit a Paper for HICSS-38

Note:  All papers must be submitted to the new peer review site.  Do not submit to more than one minitrack.  Do not submit your paper directly to the Minitrack chair.  The new deadline for uploading papers is June 23, 2004 at 5 pm California time. 

1. Prepare your paper in publication format.  Papers must be double column, single spaced and no more than 10 pages long.  The abstract is included in the paper and must be no longer than 150 words.  See Sample paper.  Also consult Formatting Guidelines for additional information.

2. Log on to the submission site to create an account.

3.    Upload your paper following the instructions on the site.

Note that at least one author for each paper must register for the conference by October 1 or the paper may be withdrawn from the Proceedings. We strongly suggest that you register at the conference hotel by October 1 as well.
