WEB is the premier conference on e-Commerce and e-Business. The purpose of WEB is to provide an open forum for e-business researchers and practitioners to share research findings, explore novel ideas, discuss success stories and lessons learned, map out major challenges, and collectively chart future directions of e-business.

We welcome research papers that examine technological, operational, economic, behavioral, managerial, organizational, and societal aspects of e-business frameworks, solutions and services. Papers may employ any applicable IS research methodology (case study, survey, analytical, experimental, computational, design science, etc.).
