Overview of the Submission Process
Please read carefully.

·   Papers cannot be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

·   Authors must submit papers to the File Submission site in publication format.  Please submit without author(s) names for a double-blind review process.

·    Only uploaded papers will be reviewed for the conference.

·    A paper cannot be submitted to more than one Minitrack.

·    Do not submit papers directly to the Minitrack Chairs.

·    The abstract included in the paper will be reprinted in the Abstract Book.  Do not prepare a separate abstract.

·    Once a paper has been uploaded, it will be converted to PDF and sent to author(s) who must approve the converted version within twenty-four hours. Unapproved files will not be released for the review process.

·    Acceptance decisions will be made by August 15.

·    Papers requiring mandatory changes must be re-submitted by September 10.

·    All Papers must be re-submitted by authors by September 15.

·    At least one author must register for the conference by September 15, or the paper will not appear in the Proceedings.

The Proceedings will be published and distributed by the Computer Society Press of the IEEE, listed in its publication brochures, and made available in full text form on the IEEE Digital Library.

1. Prepare your paper in publication format.  Consult Formatting Requirements for specific information, including sample Word and Latex documents. Please remove author names and affiliation from paper. Information for every author must be collected through the submission site.

2. Follow the Detailed Instructions to upload your paper.

Conference ID:

3.  If for any reason you are unable to submit your paper via the website, please contact icpsupport@redshift.net for assistance.

At least one author for each paper must register for the conference by September 15. This is a new date. If no author is registered, the paper will not appear in the Proceedings. We strongly urge you to make your travel plans and hotel arrangements by September 15, as well. Because this is a very busy travel season in Hawaii airline seats tend to fill quickly. We have a limited room block at the conference hotel, so we have overflow arrangements with the near-by Sheraton Resort and with Suite-Paradise for condos. See our web site for reservation information.
