the Registration Form inserted in the APA, or download and print the form from
our web site http://www.hicss.hawaii.edu.
Fax this form to 808-956-5759. You may mail it to:

3. Download the form to your desktop, complete all information, and email it to hicss@hawaii.edu
4. Online registration will be available later in the year. You may provide registration information online that will automatically be captured and sent to the HICSS Conference Office. However, online registration will not include payment. You must fax or email or phone the method of payment to the Conference Office.

If you find that you must cancel your conference registration, we must receive your request in writing. Please email to hicss@hawaii.edu, or fax to 808-956-5759 with your signature.
· Until OCT 15 – Refunded in full.
· OCT 16- DEC 15 – Registration fee will be refunded minus $150 administrative fee.
· After DEC 15 – There will be no refunds for cancellations after this date.
