HICSS “EXTEND” PROGRAM POLICIES & PROCEDURES

 

1.      Rates are single/double occupancy.

2.      Rates are subject to space availability at the time of request.

3.      Rates are valid12/22/03 – 3/31/04 for 2004 EXCEPT JAN 5-8, 2004.

4.      Rates are subject to applicable taxes in each destination

Hawaii:           11.4166%

Guam:             11% Room Tax

Fiji:                  12.5% VAT (included in rate)

5.      Add a 5% increase annually for future years beyond 2004.

7.   Fiji rates include full American Breakfast.

8.   Additional Person Rates:

            Hawaii:  Over 17 years of age:

                                    $20 at OHANA Hotels & Outrigger Islander Waikiki

                                    $30 at the Outrigger Waikiki & Outrigger Reef

                                    $40 at the Outrigger Wailea Resort                               

            Pacific:   $35 at the Outrigger Guam Resort

                             No additional person charge at the Outrigger Reef Fiji Resort

9.   Departure Fee – Fiji:  F$20, 13 years & over

10. Tipping:    No tipping policy on Fiji.

11. Currency:  Rates for and Guam are in US Dollars.

Rates for Fiji are in Fijian Dollars. The US Dollar is approximately half of the

Fijian Dollar.
